Get your spring fever rush with the Sound of Atlanta uncorked as Shakedown touches off night three of a nice run for the era, and a superior recording for a difficult venue for good sound. I got goosebumps then, and I did today. Nice Job!

Those Omni shows are great!

I can't believe it was 20 years ago already. I had a blast at the first four shows of the spring '91 tour at the Cap Center. Christ I'm old.

Old is relative. If you were rambling on about sneaking into the Avalon or high fiving Kesey at Acid Tests, then we'd know you're old. ;-)

Well.. I'm thinking relative to how old I was then!

Yeah, no kidding. I had my 20th high school reunion two summers ago and I was saying the same thing. Life's great now, but damn the years have flown by.

Long time fan of this show. I have to say that I am a bit envious you were there. Shakedown must have been marvelous jumping right out of the gate. What was the reaction of you and your crew when they rolled the transition from Terrapin to Stir It Up jam? Remember any of the band member faces of joy during that or were they jamming stoically with intense focus?

I think I was dancing and sucking face at the time, but it's all a dream by now... my feet didn't hurt then.

This show upon further listening has a few respectable tunes in it- A nice Other One complete with what sounds like Healy's antics thrown in and a fine Wharf Rat.

Healy's antics were all over the other one on that tour. I'm not a big fan, personally. Check 3/20.
